    Travis Landis, Data Center Manager

    As Splashwire’s Data Center Manager, Travis is the lead technical resource for Splashwire and its clients. Travis works with the CEO and CIO to evaluate technology adoption and coordinates with the service manager to deliver those offerings for our client base.

    Landis brings 16 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Landis began his career in the U.S. Army, where he served seven years as a communication specialist and obtained the rank of sergeant. Following his career in the U.S. Army, he worked in various network administration roles in healthcare, education and insurance sectors implementing and managing Dell, Cisco and SonicWALL Enterprise Infrastructure each heavy in compliance requirements.

    Landis has extensive knowledge and expertise in a wide variety of IT specialties including networking, server and storage solutions, security and software.

    As Splashwire’s Service Manager, Andy is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of service schedules, SLAs and client satisfaction. Andy works closely with the CEO, CIO and Data Center manager for evaluating technology adoption and meeting SLA’s going forward while translating those expectations to the technical service team.

    Andy graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor’s Degree, Information Systems, and an Associate Degree, Computer Science. Later Andy obtained a CISO Certificate in IT Security from Harrisburg University. Andy also possesses a list of IT certifications and accommodations medals from the U.S. Army. Andy brings with him 26 years of experience in the IT field in the U.S. Army as a communications operator. 18 years of experience in the IT Service Industry as a Systems Administrator and Global Support Manager with EDS and CIBER. Later he transitioned back to the government serving multiple system admin and manager roles over 6 years for Dauphin County, Harrisburg, PA.

    Splashwire’s CIO, Mike collaborates with the rest of the business to define strategy for technology adoption, service and solution offerings, policy and procedure, cyber security, compliance and governance. Mike leads Splashwire’s vCIO services, offering the benefits of a CIO to assist businesses with strategic planning to align technology solutions and trends with the goals of the business while exercising fiscal responsibility. Mike brings with him an extensive and proven 27 year track record to Splashwire’s client base.

    Prior to joining Splashwire, Mike spent 18 years in Long Term Health Care industry with a progression of responsibilities from Sr. Systems Engineer to IT Director to VP of IT. During those 18 years of service Mike excelled in identifying solutions, processes and operational workflows to consistently meet the challenging technology needs of today’s HIPAA and PCI regulatory industries. Those 18 years saw Mike manage and convert more enterprise main frame systems to a Windows based platform, solidify a core data center infrastructure, implementation of DLP (data leakage protection) system and integrate multiple campus communication systems with Cisco UCS (Unified Communication System). Integration of these core systems were the foundation for successful implementation of EMR (Electronic Medical Records) to meet aggressively changing health care requirements.

    Prior to Mike’s tenure in Health Care he worked 7 years in the defense industry as a Systems Engineer for Gichner Shelter Systems designing, supporting and managing the infrastructure life cycle for server, network and client computing equipment. Mike performed numerous large enterprise implementations and migrations such as WANG mini computer based application to the Server and Network Infrastructure upgrades and a migration from SUN Solaris CAD systems to AutoCAD and Large Scale MRP purchasing systems.

    Josh Hinkle is owner, president and CEO of Splashwire, a technology consulting and solutions company headquartered in Harrisburg, Pa. Under his leadership, Splashwire is fulfilling on its vision to be the preferred service-driven technology solutions company in the Mid-Atlantic region by partnering with organizations to provide their employees and customers with an unparalleled technology experience.

    In addition to IT consulting, solutions, security and communications, the company is a leader in Chief Information Officer (CIO) services, Business Intelligence services and Top-Tier Data Center services, which the firm hosts locally in Harrisburg.

    Josh joined Splashwire in 2014 as director of business development and strategic initiatives, and acquired the company in 2018. He has more than 20 years of strategic planning, operational and technology integration experience.

    He was formerly chairman of Adams County Connected, a community initiative to improve Internet access in the county for the benefit of schools, government services and commerce. He also previously was chief operating officer for York-based Healthcare System Connections; chief information officer and security officer for Lutheran Social Services of South Central Pennsylvania, where his accountabilities included HIPPA privacy compliance; and national head of data center, network and information security for the American Heart Association, where he was responsible for managing the organization’s enterprise-wide technology infrastructure as well as PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance.
